All repair work is done in-house by our jewelers. We work on jewelry even if it wasn't purchased from us.
For most straightforward repairs, we can give you an estimate on the spot. If a piece needs closer evaluation first, we'll hold onto it and call you with pricing before doing any work.
Turnaround depends on the job and our current workload, but most repairs are completed quickly. We don't do watch repair.
Walk ins are welcome. For larger or more complex jobs, call us to set up an appointment.
