We want you to love what you take home. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we'll make it right.
Online Orders
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of your purchase date. Items must be in original condition with packaging and tags. To start a return, contact us and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 business days for processing. Refunds will appear on your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days after that.
In-Store Purchases
Bought something in the store? Just bring it back within 7 days with your receipt and we'll take care of you.
Custom Orders and Final Sale
Custom-designed pieces are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return. We work closely with you throughout the design process to make sure every detail is right before we begin production.
All earring sales are final for hygienic reasons. If your earrings arrive damaged or defective, please contact us and we'll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us before sending it back so we can take care of it quickly.
Shipping
Shipping and handling charges on the original order are non-refundable. We provide prepaid return labels for all returns.
